Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?
We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However please contact us if you have any concerns with your order.
My order arrived damaged
Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and photos showing the damage.
How can I track my order?
Standard shipping has no tracking number, however an upgrade with tracking number is available.
If you choose the standard postage, it does not provide you a tracking number. You must purchase the upgrade option for the tracking number.
If you cannot find your tracking information, please let us know and we will double check the tracking number for you and correct it.
How long does it take to process an order & delivery?
Normal processing time is 1-4 business days and for details, please check here. (If you place your order on Friday, your order may not be processed until Monday which is the next business day.)
The average shipping time for Australia is 7 – 14 business days and for international orders is 14-32 business days. Sometimes it takes longer than 32 business days for oversea orders based on our experiences.
Delivery time may vary depending on the type of delivery. Please note this can take longer during the holidays. Once your order reaches your country, the shipment gets passed onto your national courier. If there’s any issues, you must contact your local post office.
